Ooredoo’s Business Sales department is a critical part of the company’s first line customer facing activities for all Business Accounts and have a significant role to play in long term business value creation through achievement of sales revenue, profit and customer satisfaction as defined in the annual business plans.
The strategic planning & reporting department is responsible for managing the business planning, budgeting, forecasting, strategy & analytics, training and sales effectiveness for the Business Sales team.
This role is responsible for supporting the business sales strategy planning through accurate market intelligence, sales forecasting, budgeting and through timely reporting in coordination with respective B2B account heads.
You should have at least 5 years of work experience. You should have an experience in Planning & Budgeting, Forecasting, business analysis techniques with some exposure to structured project management methods, data mining and analysis leveraging tools and comfortable working with large amounts of data, business unit strategy creation and business planning, and knowledge of Sales Team Management and Incentive / Commission schemes.
You should possess a Bachelors Degree in Management. Advanced degrees (Masters, MBA) preferred.
