The main goal for this position role is to play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of mobile systems while maintaining rigorous UAT standards. Your responsibilities span project delivery, quality assurance, and risk mitigation
1- System Delivery:
Collaborate with development teams to deliver mobile applications and features.
Ensure timely releases, adherence to specifications, and seamless integration.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, from development to production.
2- User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
Provide effective feedback on UAT results.
Work closely with Business Analysts and Technology delivery teams.
Remediate any issues or defects identified during UAT.
3- Documentation and Communication:
Document process deliveries comprehensively.
Communicate changes effectively pre- and post-delivery.
Ensure stakeholders understand the impact of system updates.
4- Risk Management:
Identify and assess risks related to mobile system deployment.
Implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address potential issues.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external resources.
Engage with different functional teams and business units (in order to drive business success and optimization
Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
Other duties as reporting directed by the line manager or other top management members.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Diploma degree in business or technical
Good general knowledge about telecom products and services.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Fluency in written and verbal English and Arabic.Extensive experience in developing managed service offerings and managing vendor partnerships, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Deep understanding of B2B customer needs
Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
MS Office at highest Level
Good command of using operational systems like BSCS, Seibel.
