Ooredoo’s Commercial business unit is a critical part of the company’s first line customer facing activities for all consumer product offerings and has a significant role to play in long-term business value creation through product design, achievement of sales revenue, profit and customer satisfaction, as defined in the annual business plans.
The Prepaid Marketing team is responsible for all activities involved in the P&L of all prepaid customers through the definition of value propositions and management of the customer base for all prepaid segments, aimed at delivering value for Ooredoo whilst maximizing customer retention and spend for B2C customers.
This role is responsible for managing and driving the usage & revenue of all prepaid (Hala) customers through the definition of value propositions.

You should have at least 8 years of work experience with at least 5 years in a a similar role with hands on experience in defining and developing Prepaid products & solutions in Telecom. You must have significant Expertise in technology fields as related to telecommunication & services. You should have experience in product lifecycle management. You must be skilled in managing across a dispersed team of business stakeholders.
You should possess a Bachelors Degree in Management/ Engineering/ Telecom. It is preferred to have an Advanced Degree (Masters, MBA).
