The Role:

Responsible for the oversight of the customer journey optimisation of the eCommerce platform, Mobile Application and other digital channels through a thorough analytical understanding of the opportunity areas and the customer pain points. This position will work closely with online platform support partners, marketing communications, digital marketing agency and with the business intelligence teams to ensure that all the digital KPIs are properly measured, tracked and optimised.

This role will orchestrate and establish a framework to design the data layers to deliver the most optimised costs to acquire the customers online, build retention & cross sell, remarketing strategies to improve the AOV ( Average Order value ), Cost Per Acquisition ( CPC ) and LTV (Lifetime Value) of customers. In addition to tracking, reporting and optimising the online measures, this role will lead the online data strategy to identify, remap all the customer touch points to finalize the right engagements.  

Key Responsibilties:
  • Plan and manage overall digital touchpoint strategy to improve the digital profitability
  • Own SEO Optimisation initiative to improve the search rankings, drive organic traffic
  • Leverage Digital Analytics tools to identify the cross sell opportunities
  • Own the API catalogue of eCommerce platform to extend them to Other digital
  • Create strategy for website optimization to increase conversion rates, drive-up sales
  • Build and own the Strategy for new customer pathways to conversion
  • Analyse performance metrics for all the online customer journeys
  • Implement best in class online funnel and attribution to measure conversions
  • Identify the value opportunities across the touch points & improve the LTV
  • Drive the A/B testing to understand the best possible customer journeys, thereby improving the online KPIs.
  • Audit/ Visualise the customer journeys to understand the customer pain points
  • Analyse and drive the A/B strategies to define the best engagement framework
  • Support the CRM teams with the analytical data points to finalize the campaign
  • Build up the capability to perform digital retargeting and remarketing activities
  • Responsible for data layer planning & implementation of all events
  • GA4 Setup/ Management for all online channels
  • Pixel implementation with Social Media channels
  • Managing the custom audiences through the first party data, secondary and competition data points captured on web and app channels
  • Work on Google Marketing Tools to create sales funnels covering all digital areas
  • Work on CDP platform to capture, understand the 360 view of customer interactions
  • Work with BI team to track daily, weekly and monthly reports of all digital KPIs
  • Work with the Marketing Agency to report online stats to optimise Digital campaigns
  • Analyse digital marketing metrics and provide regular reports and insights to the management team
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, Analytics or Relevant Field
  • Master’s degree in Sales and Marketing is a plus
Job specific technical Skills:
  • Required 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Digital Marketing
  • Skilled in Google Analytics, Google Marketing Suite, Facebook Marketing
  • [Good to have] Skilled in Customer Engagement tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, BloomReach
  • Skilled in Customer Journey Visualisation/ Audit using tools like HotJar
  • Skilled in creation of Sales funnels, conversion dashboards for Management reporting
  • Proficient in SEO optimisation to improve the online traffic
  • [Good to have] Skilled in Sales Attribution tools like Adjust
  • Experience of analytics management with Online businesses ( not necessarily Telecom )
  • Experience of managing and optimising the data layers on GA4, creating the pixel events to track the online performance
  • [Good to have] Understanding of online platform setup – Magento, Shopify, Mobile App CMS
  • [Good to have] Skilled in Omni channel customer experience management covering web and app
  • [Good to have] Skilled in omni channel marketing covering email, social media platforms.
  • [Good to have] Skilled in Audience’ management – First Party Data, Secondary or key analytical data for Digital Campaigns
  • Good Reporting & Presentation Skills
