The Role:
  • The main goal for this position to play a pivotal role in evaluating and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Your expertise lies in analysing performance data, identifying trends, and driving continuous improvement

Key Accountabilities and Activities:
  • Continuously assess the organization’s business performance.

  • Measure and analyse relevant metrics to track progress.

  • Provide insightful commentary to add analytical value to performance data

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of relevant business schemes.

  • Undertake detailed analysis to identify trends and issues.

  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Investigate performance anomalies and deviations.

  • Identify underlying causes (e.g., process inefficiencies, resource constraints).

  • Propose actionable solutions to address performance gaps.

  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards.

  • Visualize key metrics for easy interpretation.

  • Regularly share performance insights with stakeholders.

  • Schedule and Facilitate: Organize regular meetings to discuss performance metrics.

  • Present Insights: Share data-driven insights with relevant stakeholders.

  • Action Planning: Collaborate on action plans to address performance gaps and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance

Other Information:

 

  • 2-3 required years of experience based on progression ladder in a similar or related function.

  • Extensive experience in developing managed service offerings and managing vendor partnerships, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.

  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.

  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

  • Deep understanding of B2B customer needs

  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
